1Who May Use the Platform

Access to and use of the povip platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during the use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the Platform.
• You are using funds that are legitimately yours and are not derived from unlawful activity.

2Creating and Managing Your Account

To use the real-money features of the povip Platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each player may hold only one account. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• povip reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and to request supporting documentation including, but not limited to, government-issued identification.

3Financial Transactions on the Platform

The following rules govern all financial transactions conducted through the povip Platform. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). povip does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The Platform may set maximum deposit limits at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The Platform may add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account are subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional identity verification is required.
• Deposits made using funds that are not legitimately owned by the account holder, or that are derived from unlawful activity, will be subject to immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4Bonus Eligibility, Terms, and Wagering Requirements

povip may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual offer's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to the account they are credited to and may not be transferred to another player's account.
• povip reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if it determines that the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately within the platform. Where both are present in an account, real-money funds are used first unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.

5General Conditions Governing All Games

The following rules apply to all casino games, slots, crash games, fishing games, and live dealer games available on the povip Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game providers. povip does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the last valid game state. If this is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term statistical average and do not guarantee any specific outcome or payout in any individual gaming session.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before wagering. Game rules are available within the game interface or upon request from the support team.

6Rules Governing Sports and Cricket Betting

The following conditions apply specifically to sports betting, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets available on the povip Platform:

• All bets must be placed before the event concludes. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, whether due to system error or otherwise, will be voided.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movements.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has been completed, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that event. Details are available from the support team.
• povip reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at its sole discretion, including in cases where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or irregular betting patterns.

7Actions That Are Strictly Forbidden on the Platform

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate Platform software, game outcomes, odds, or payment systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other players via any communication channel.

8When and How Accounts May Be Suspended or Closed

povip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a verification request from the Platform.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure, which will be actioned within one business day of the request being received by the support team.

9Our Commitment to Player Wellbeing

povip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration, helping them stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Any player may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within one business day and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10The Extent of povip's Legal Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, povip's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• povip is not liable for any loss arising from interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, or events beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• In no event shall povip be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Where the Platform is found to be liable to a player under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11How Your Personal Data Is Handled

povip collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Platform uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is never sold to third parties. 12How and When These Terms May Change

povip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].
